AI good or bad??

Definitely bad.

The artistry (loose term) sucks.
The companies are fooling banks to giving them hundreds of billions in investment capital that will never be turned profit in the bankers/investors lifetime.
programmers vibe code everything now. So lose their familiarity with languages and codebases
the voice mimicking elements of AI enable criminals to blackmail folks into thinking their loved one is ill/in danger (mimicking their voice) and scamming for thousands of dollars
