new blood in Real Town

Back in Oakville. At a friend's apartment. After this, In Nature™. Still, some plans therein. No more F/CC.

I am glad to be back where things are quiet.

I look across the parking lot, at the former dwelling(s) of “TMO”. I have fond memories of that blog, people met, still know. The outpouring of support and interest. Emails, public blog replies, discussions, and the ongoing ephemeral discussion of my writing, and ideas/opinions I had over the years.

An ego boost? Yea. At the time. I am happy for it and the things going on at that time. But then and there. Now I have a simple ephemeral “temp blog”, deleting everything 24 hours later.

The rain comes down. Me and a friend are on a DVD-fest. Good food and coffee. Cathartic in my headspace, and thankful for the peaceful atmosphere.
